       Search engine

The search engine is the small bar that appears on the top right of each page at Music Merch:




You can use the search engine to quickly find the items you are interested in. Simply write what you are looking for in the white box and click on the magnifying glass red button. You can enter the name of a band or an artist, or of an album, or the title of a book or a specific category like for example "T-shirts", "Bags", "DVD" or "Poster".

To find what you want even more quickly, you can write the name of the group together with the album title or brand and the name of the product. And if you're not sure how to spell what you are looking for, simply write it how you think it's spelt and our search engine will do its best to work it out. You'll see!


       When will I receive my order?

When you place an order we will estimate the dispatch and delivery date depending on the availability of your products. The dispatch date for items in stock is one working day after the order was placed. Once we have confirmed your order you'll be able to see the estimated delivery date in your confirmation e-mail and in your order summary. The order delivery schedule is mainly in the mornings on working days in urban areas. Deliveries will not be made at weekends or on bank holidays. If you are not going to be at the delivery address at these times we recommend you give another address where you will be or where there will be another person to collect your parcel.

Make sure you've checked the product availability because if your order contains more than one product we won't dispatch your parcel until all the products are available.


       Have you received my returned item?

As soon as your return is processed by our warehouse, we will send you an e-mail to let you know.

In the unlikely event you don't receive this e-mail within 14 working days of sending us your parcel, please contact our Customer Services team and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

If you have returned your parcel using registered post or any other service that can be tracked, please give us the reference number when you get in touch with us.


       Do you have a bricks-and-mortar shop?

Music Merch is an online shop exclusively, which means you can buy from us 24 hours a day 7 days a week from anywhere in the world. The advantages are well known, from getting discount vouchers and special promotions to receiving your items at home one day after they are dispatched. Zero effort and 100% enjoyment!


       What can I do if something goes wrong with my order?

If you receive the item incorrectly or if something is missing from your order, send us an e-mail to order@musicmerch.com and we'll sort it out for you as soon as possible sending the correct item or a replacement item.

The payment methods accepted for United States are the following::

If you've forgotten your password to log on to your Music Merch account, please use this link and send us your e-mail address.

You will receive an e-mail message from Music Merch with a link to create a new password that you'll receive by e-mail.
